Proof Turnaround

Every custom order will receive a proof to review and approve. Our turn around time for proofs of custom designs is approximately 2-4 business days. We assign shipping dates based on your order date, NOT the date you approve your proof. However, if proof approval is significantly delayed on the customer end, the shipping date may need to be delayed.

I have my own personal logo, can I use it on my custom tags?

Definitely! Once you have placed your order, please email your logo to hello@archerknits.com. We can work with .ai/.svg/.eps/.pdf files or high resolution (300 ppi or higher) .png/.jpg files. If you would like us to review your logo to confirm that it can be reproduced on a tag, please email us and attach your logo. We will respond within 2-4 business days.

Do you offer custom sizes for tags?

Most of the time, yes! We are happy to work with you to meet your tag sizing needs. Please send us a message with your requested size and we will respond to you with a price quote within 2-4 business days. During busy seasons (September through December), we likely will not be able to take on custom sizing requests due to high order volumes.

Can you send me a proof of my tags prior to purchase?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom designs before a purchase has been made. Once purchased, you will receive a draft of your custom design and will be able to provide feedback and approval before printing/shipping.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship your custom order as soon as possible. Generally, we are able to turn around new custom orders in approximately 2 weeks from your order date if proof approval is provided in a timely manner. For custom design reorders, we will ship within 7 business days. For non-custom order (e.g., stitch markers and pre-designed patch sets), we will ship within 5 business days.

Can you rush my order?

At this time, we are not offering rush processing of custom orders. Shipping delays should also be expected due to the effects of the covid-19 pandemic.

How many emails should I expect from Archer Knits?

Generally, we only email one time - when we provide your proof. Due to the high amount of emails we receive per day, you should not expect a response email from us when a) you send your logo file, b) you approve your proof, or c) any point during the printing process. If you would like an update on your order, please feel free to reach out. We try to respond same day, but please allow 1-3 business days to hear from us.
