Custom Items: All custom items are design, cut, and engraved specifically for each customer. Customers are provided with a digital proof, which must be approved prior to production. Therefore, we do not accept returns for any of our custom items. If you did not receive the correct order (e.g., wrong color, design, etc), please contact us ASAP and we will replace or refund if the error is on our end.
Non-Custom Items: We will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 15 days of receiving items. Customers will be required to prepay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon receipt of items for warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of refund to your payment method, store credit, or replacement (if available).
Archer Knits is based in the United States. We ship worldwide. For US customers, we ship either with USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you desire a quicker shipping method (e.g., USPS Priority Mail Express), please email us PRIOR to placing your order, and we will provide you with a custom listing. For international customers, we ship via USPS First Class International Mail.
Generally, once shipped, most USPS First Class packages are delivered within 3-7 business days. USPS Priority shipping times are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. International order shipping times generally range from 3-6 weeks.
COVID-19 Update: USPS domestic delivery times are significantly delayed. Once the package leaves our shop, it is 100% in the hands of the US Postal Service. We've seen many packages delayed over the last year, but 99% of the time the package is eventually delivered! We are not provided with any further information other than what is shown in the tracking information provided to you when the item is shipped. Transit times for international shipments are also significantly delayed - often by several months. With this knowledge, our refund/replacement policy for delayed orders is extended to 4 weeks from the shipping date. For international orders, our refund policy is extended to 4 months.
Custom made products (tags, patches, buttons, etc.) typically ship within 1-2 weeks of order placement. Reorders typically ship within 1 week. Generally, in stock, non-custom items ship within 2 business days of order placement.
